Last week was a bit of a shit show, being out of town for work, so I tried some BQ exercises and conditioning a few days to keep in the groove.

This week it's back to OP/Black

Seems like I have to do two posts in a row about how bad I am at this.

Living out of a hotel last week meant no access to barbell/weights, so I did a couple of HIC days, but not much else.

Trying to get back on track, so restarting the 75% week of Operator.

Switching it up to Fighter/Black as my work isn't leaving me the for three lifting sessions (gym is at work).

Today's workout was the HIC part
