Had to squeeze workout into my schedule today. Still very busy at home and don't like missing my strength days.
I'm with u frazer. I'm constantly around people my age and older always complaining about aches and pains witch we all have. But the thing that gets me is when you bring up excercise or doing some strength workout to improve there well being it's like conversation over.

Finisher 40,30,20,10 swings at 50ibs. Note on swings. Dropped to 50ibs from 70ibs. Recovery was a little much for me. Going to do 50ibs for 3 weeks and move up a little after that.
