Day 12 Block 1 - Rest. Moved my rest day to today due to battling illness.
Day 13 Block 1 - SE+E
Today was definitely a “just show up” day. Wasn’t feeling it and it all felt like a slog.
SE Cluster 3x20 (3x10 for band assist pull-ups)
1 min RI between sets
No rest between exercises until last set. 30 sec after KB and after push-ups.
E - 35 min LSS run.
Day 13 Block 1 - SE+E

SE Cluster 3x30 - this was a doozie. I image Bravo is a swift kick in the nuts. About half way through round 2 I started failing on the exercises so had to do several mini sets.
Round 1- 30sec rest after KB swings w/ 1.5 min RI
Round 2 - 30 sec rest after KB swings and pushups w/ 2 min RI
Round 3 30 sec rest after every exercise.

I was able to go without rest between the exercises this time. However his resulted in failures sooner. Still felt good though.

Rest / E. Although today was a forced rest day due to traveling immediately after work. I spent most of the day at work climbing ladders and hiking through woods. Pretty atypical for my current position.
Day 20 Block 1
SE. I’m out of town so I do not have access to my gym. Also pretty busy to boot. I was a blue to get a 3x30 Cluster of sit-ups, weighted step ups and pushups.
