Not happy with my time since I really pushed hard.
I've been thinking about what I'll do after this cycle. Definetly taking a rest week but afterwards I might try a block of green or even run BB again
Just from my personal experience - my fast 5 time is never good if I try it during a block or after a block. I do need take a good break and then re-test.. Funny in a way
End of this cycle. I'm happy with the weigths I lifted but not with the way I ran the cycle. I lost focus on nutrition and on training. Getting sligthly sick and not getting enough sleep didn't help either.
I also felt like the back squat made me not look forward to training. I really like squatting but it felt like warming up to my work sets took a big chunk out of training time. It started to feel like a hassle.
I'm taking some rest days and will start a new cycle next week. And I'll try and make some changes. I'll swap back squat with front squat for the next cycle to keep things fresh. I'll also be testing my maxes this week for bench and DL. I feel like there's more progress in them.
I'm also thinking about writing down some "challenges" or goals (that fit into the training) to complete during the cycle to help with focus. Nothing to fancy but things like: perform 100 KB swings in one training, run 10km in an E sessions, lift X amount on volume on squat, perform HIC session #?, ...
