Day 80:
Walking
1.76 miles in 30:00. Heartrate 130ish. Felt really good.

* BB Squat x50
* Bent-over row x50
Felt good when I was done, even if my arms were a bit shaky. Hope the DOMS won't be as bad as last time.

Day 81:
**Tactical Barbell Base Building W4D2**
Endurance. 3.45 miles of walking in 60:00. Heartrate was around 140 most of the time. No DOMS from the last workout. Worked up a good sweat and felt good overall.

Day 82:
Walked 1.82 miles in 30:00. Kept my heartrate in the high 140s most of the time. Would have preferred to go for an hour, but was short on time. Half a workout is better than none, I say to myself.

Endurance. 3.63 miles of walking in 60:00. Heartrate in the 140s most of the time. Went fine overall.

That's pretty brisk for sustained walking. Looks to be improving too.

* BB Squat x50
* Bent-over row x50
Went OK overall. Got about halfway through each set before I had to stop and catch my breath, which is an improvement for me (usually, I get about a third of the way through without stopping).

Walked 1.84 miles in 30:00. Kept my heartrate in the mid-to-high 140s most of the time. Another half-workout, just trying to keep active.
