This was the end of week 5 of BB. Honestly I can't wait to get back to lifting. I was planning to run Operator Black Pro for the second phase, but there's maybe a 10% chance I start Mass Template or something.

I've decided to run Grey Man alongside conditioning work. I will likely choose a minimalist S cluster. But today, I really just went in and did some lifting--wanted to work out the DOMS and get the muscles used to working again.

Grey Man Week 1 Day 2
Decided to run GM with just front squats and pull-ups for my S work, every workout. Kept it light and simple today but we're getting there.
