1x50 of everything (25 p/s Lunges)

Note: Here we go week 4 of bb.
Haven’t been able to skate or do much else outside of bb due to other issues, hopefully it all resolves over the next while, preferably soon.

Note: the HR spike was due to having to stop a group of what looked to be late teen lads throwing rocks at animals at a local park lol.

No rest between exercises

Then

Banded Neck Raises/Extensions
All Directions 3x15

Note: too mentally fatigued for skating today but got the SE work done. The goblet squats were great on the quads, surprisingly more so than the lunges over the last few weeks. Pushups are still done unbroken which is nice. Glad to get the 3x50 session done, always a pleasure.

Note: might have to do more skate sessions at home, nothing matches that feeling of a good skate session. Airbike was good, fights were good to watch, now bbq for the family.
