Friday 4/1 and Saturday 4/2
Off, although I had to do this thing for work Friday night where I had to walk for several hours, like halfway between an E session and a recovery day.
Sunday 4/3
Grey Man Week 1 Day 1
Felt like going back to more lifting after a block of Op I/A. But, today I had to stop the leg work after 3 sets of back squats because I was getting pretty sharp DOMS in the back and inside of my legs. I'd been doing front squats on Op I/A and I guess those parts weren't getting enough work. Oh well, it's always something.
Using the same weights as when I was doing GM before this Op I/A block.
Today:
Back squat, 315
Bench, 225
Front squat, 135
PUs x 6
