Extremely slow All movements reveal all my issues, old injuries, and imbalances on the regular basis. But I am getting into the breathing now and I find it to be very powerful even with my poor technique. Things like qigong should be practiced over lifetime with dedication. I am thinking of going back to our black OP protocol after Fighter is done. Not sure if i switch to the DB OHP this time around. Maybe, maybe not... I miss ECBBs a lot
