Block is done. Didn't really like how it went. I had to restart it after nasty virus and I don't know why but I felt weak and half-sick throughout the block. That really sucks. Surprisingly very last session felt easy. The rest of it felt just wrong.. stupidly heavy and awkward..

OK..ok... that is my dos pesos of bitching..

Taking 2-4 days off and continue with the OP I/A OWT. I have dropped DL this time around and picked conditioning protocols with the swings. I like it a lot. There is a definite magic in doing same lift 3/week. For sure. It will be interesting to see how it will impact my DL numbers after few blocks.
