During my 95% week I usually have a little fun pushing beyond my 1rm. I figure if I hit at least my minimum sets of 3x1 I can go over 95% if I can.
DL - 1x275, 1x325, 1x350, 1x360-FAILED, didn't get past knees
BP - 1x3@155, 2x1@185, 1x1@190
WPU - 4x1@50# with 5 sec Eccentric - Trying a WPU program from Alpine Fitness book. It stays in the 85-95% range but varies reps. I'm going to do this for 8 weeks and add BW Pullups to my conditioning more to keep the PU volume.
