Sill feels kinda heavy. Upped RI to 3 min for the last set.

I thought my session gonna tramped on me. But it got trumped instead :lol:

Feels heavy. I am beat up from the tough week. A lot of extra family related activities plus lack of sleep. I've decided to drop 4th set. Minimum minimore has its value. Shoulders are getting pissed on me for the dips. What else new? :lol:
