Hope everyone has been well. Just started a Strength Focused base building block yesterday. Prepping for the upcoming rugby season! I am using the Fighter template throughout.

Monday-5/21/18:

30 Min LSS

Tuesday-5/22/18

Bench Press: 3x5 125lbs

Deadlift: 3x5 145lbs

Assistance:

Pull Downs: 3x10 80lbs

Seated Rows: 3x10 80lbs

Strength Endurance:

Finally added in a SE circuit. Due to time restraints last week, I wasn't able to squeeze it in after my lifts so I started it up today. Did it as follows.

3x10:
Step Ups
DB Shoulder Press (Going to change to Curl to Shoulder Press) 15lbs
Flutter Kicks
Squat to Med Ball Slam
Face down Reverse Flys 15lbs
