Saturday 2/23
E, 30 minutes on the bike
SE 3x40

Oh God. I was okay for about 1.5 circuits then I started to fall apart. With about half a circuit left I even had to go stand in the bathroom for a minute because I thought I might puke. On that last circuit I went way over the RIs, too, I'm sure. But I hit all the reps.

And I'm in charge of a school dance tonight, which means putting a suit on, etc. Ugh.

Off. Today is the recovery day. I was going to do yard work, but a rainstorm killed that idea so I'm just going to take a rest day. Hope there's no rain tomorrow so I can do a long run.

Thursday, 2/28 End of week 3 of BB

E, 120 minutes

Wanted to do 2 hours but I didn't really think I could run 2 hours yet (plus it would be dark for the last half hour or so). So I went to the gym and did 40 minutes on the bike, 40 on the rower, and 40 on the stairmaster.

E, 90 minute jog

I was thinking yesterday about when I started TB back in July. That first day of BB, I was more winded and tired after about 5 minutes of jogging than I was after 90 minutes yesterday.
