Feels like a breather after week of 90%. I love TB templates :)

I thought I feel fresh.. But GC2 revealed that I am beaten up.. Plyo part of push-ups killed me.. :lol: :lol:

I keep feeling that Fobbits is the one of the best drills I have done in my life. In terms of conditioning, strength, rehab, recovery and body agility.
