Block is done, and I am still recovering from the flu.. It does suck.

I am taking few days off and starting new block. I think I am going to drop bench press. I will go for classic OP I/A mean and lean option with keeping DL day in the middle of the schedule. Still keeping finishers around: swings for the FS day and inverted rows for DL day with throwing some core exercises here and there. I will think of some ways to keep push-ups around as well..
So, it will look like:
1- FS/DB OHP/WPU - KB swings
2 - DB OHP/DL - Inverted rows/core
3 - FS/DB OHP/WPU - KB swings
