Note: I’m pretty certain I was leading with my hips more on the squats on Tuesday, so I made a very conscious effort to think of leading with the shoulders and ensuring I’m having the hips and shoulders moved up at the same time, it seems to have worked (did film a couple of sets from side on to be sure) as my quads definitely noticed the difference. Hips felt fine, pretty happy with how everything went.
