I keep feeling that Fobbits is the one of the best drills I have done in my life. In terms of conditioning, strength, rehab, recovery and body agility.

I'm a little bit confused with fobbit interval because in the book it says to set the speed a little bit less of a jog.

So is it supposed to feel like an active rest when you're on the bike or should I push a little bit more?

Every time I do this workout it feels easy so I was wondering if it was ok.

I have started out easy and I am building intensity up as I move through my block. The beauty of the drill is flexibility. Just let it be and keep pushing.
