Finished up 8 week version of Capacity, and my desire to feel stronger overcame my desire to make my heart healthier. But I wasn't willing to go to a 4 day lifting template, so I took Operator and added work sets and some hypertrophy work. I was actually test-driving this last week. We'll see how it goes.

Operator W1
Squat, 275 7x5, 205 3x10
OHP, 145 7x5
PUs, 7x6
BB Curls, 95 3x10
Grip Work
Dips, 3x10

Took about 1:15 and felt pretty easy.
