Block is done. I am taking 1.5 weeks off due to family vacation. I need a break anyways.
I am thinking about running winter BB after vacation. I think I want to do unilateral BW movements this time around. Always wanted. It will be unorthodox cluster. More like MS first type but I am not sure yet..

* Always wanted to do unilateral BW circuit. So, decided to squeeze it into winter BB block. I am not even sure if I can go up to SE numbers, so I call it "S" for now. The goal is to get down perfect form and to progress with reps throughout the block. Will see..

«One arm pushups with sliders», will that be archer pushups? You bend the right arm for a pushup, while the left, straight arm slides out to the side?
