OHP - 5x4 @ 42.7kg
Barbell row - 5x4 @ 60.5kg
DL - 6x3 @ 93.7kg
Farmer's walks - 2x100 yards @ 25kg/hand. I struggled with my grip today after DL'ing. I'll probably reset Farmer's walks back 10%.

Hey mate, how do you like OP/IA from 2nd edition VS the 3rd one? Any pro/cons?

I'd appreciate your thoughts!

Hey, bark. I'm only a week into it so I don't know that I can give a good opinion yet. Let me get this 3-week cycle finished and then I can give a better opinion. I definitely think that 3rd edition will be better for immediate strength gains. However, I am enjoying the opportunity to work with a larger cluster. My guess is that this will be something that I can throw in on occasion in order to mix things up. Like I said, I'll try to give a better review in a few weeks.

Thank you!

That is my thought as well. But it is based on my intuition which can be wrong  And I am guessing that 2nd ed. can be nice slow steady progression with keeping it consistent for a year.. Personally, I don't care much about immediate gains any more.. (barking old  )
