Hey Bark, curious if you're under lockdown, still heading to the gym, etc.

I'm at home now as much as possible. Going to lift at the (now closed) school instead of my real gym, jogging will be alone at a track or field. HICs are at home.

I haven’t use commercial gyms for nearly 10 years.. training in my rusty basement. It’s small but does the job done..

You can find cheaper versions and deal online. But it is an investment for sure..

Winter BB is done. I really enjoyed this block. Got addicted to unilateral moves. It reveals my old injuries and imbalances. I am planning to run few unilateral blocks for continuation.
