Block is done. Few days off as usual. I am really enjoying unilateral work. I think I am going to keep it around for this year. I will add some other unilateral exercises for different cluster. I am thinking OA pushups with roller or sliders, OA floor press, OA inverted rows, OL RDLs. Will see..
