18 mile bike ride E on Saturday

I did some sort of Basebuilding stuff last two weeks but didn't commit to anything. I'm toying with running PPLE/BB hybrid. I'll call it BB...

Monday - today Basebuilding Week 1
Squat - 3x5 @100 (70%)
Bench Press - 3x5 @ 140 (70%)
WPU - 5x5 @ BW
