Note: I’ve had a bit of a head cold over the last week so conditioning has been a bit light this week. Deload then another block of DUP, am enjoying it but I’ll switch front to back squats and possibly run it more like IA with the days between.

Note: running an OP/IA Block, just feel like it’s a better fit post bb. I will run DUP again but I want to get a bit of regular work in, I do feel my recovery was still a bit off, which I’m working around to make sure I’m covering everything as good as I can, sleep wise, food wise etc.
