Note: good start to the block. I have a nice hill near my place I haven’t sprinted much of, it’s a longer one, I may do the full hill for 5 rounds (from memory it’s around a minute run) tomorrow and then Apex a bit further down on the weekend.

Note: that went really well. Ran with the Airbike today as I should be skating tomorrow, and the body tends to recover quicker from the Airbike compared to running.

Note: fun session today, good lifting in the morning. Upped my protein intake recently which already seems to be helping recovery wise which is nice.
