Base building makes you harder to kill when a soccer mom attempts to murder you. I got in trouble with the old lady for not filing a police report. I just thought about how I didn't want my Tactical Barbell friends to get bogged down in paper work :D
Nobody can trace you on the paper once you go complete Black OP!

This is much appreciated, believe me. Many mountains are made out of molehills these days.

Ha, no problem. I can only imagine the woman feels like she won the lottery after she didn't kill someone and no police involved.

Thanks! I'm trying to add some more speed in now and hopefully peak in late December

I like what you got going on here with the alternating tempo/easy... May have to try it on my next E. Much more systematic than just breaking into a sprint once in a while.

Someone posted a free book called Built to Endure. It's a fairly comprehensive Tactical Athlete book. While I don't agree with some of it, ifs a great resource if not too long. I grabbed the tempo run section and some of the rucking ideas for future programming within TB.

Today 50 min LSS run 4.5 miles. Wedding weekend and flying put me out of the mix for a couple days.
