Todays plan was to jump rope for the whole work out, but after 15 min the legs/calves felt so sluggish that I struggled to maintain a fast enough pace. 15 min jump rope + 15 min row + 10 min jump rope

Swings x 24 kg x 50 (ub)
Pushups x 50 (43+7)
Pullups x 30 (14+4+4+4+3+1)
Squats x 50
Situps x 50

1 round

Pullups, situps and swings are getting easier. Pushups are getting heavier, have to fight for every rep after 30

Rain and icy road outside, so no running. Something with the electrical system on my car started flashing red when I was bout to drive to the gym.. went bacj inside, fixed an appointment at the mechanic, junped rope in the living room before work instead..

E = 30 minutes jump rope at home..

50 reps, 2 rounds (30 rep on pullups)

The only good thing about todays training was that I finished. Pushups reps is going downhill, it was dead stop at 35 reps today. Swings felt awkvard, pullups felt like I was wearing a weightwest, and after 5 weeks I still suck major in situps.

1: Shrimp squat: 5x5x20 kg
2: Bench press: 5x5x90 kg
3: Pullups: 5x5x5 kg

With shrimp squat I used the weight only when calculating percentages. With pullups I used bw + added weight.

1 min row full speed/3 min rest, 5 rounds.

24.1.20 HIC, BOO 2

Did it on a threadmill, first threadmill interval since 2015.
First round I kept it at 14 km/h.
Second round, I had to go down to 13 last halv of the 800 m, then up to 14 again for the 400
Third round I had to go down to 12 the first 400 m, then 13 the next 200 m, and 14 the last 200. Kept it at 14 for the last 400m run

Feel destroyed! And I know that threadmill running feels much harder for me than running outside. If I compare runs with same distance on the threadmill vs on a track, I allways run it faster on the track. It may be technique, I don’t know..

30+ min LSS, running. -4 deg C outside, but the roads were covered with sand, so not slippery.
