Not been sleeping properly for the last few days.
Stressed about the van and getting back to Spain.
HRV scores are low. Hope I am not getting ill.

6km walk to try and boost recovery and sleep.
Sleep better but still not long enough.

I had a really good night's sleep so an easy Tango SE workout was called for

EMOM AMRAP
1 min rest between sets
Jumping jacks
Pushups
Air squats
Flutter kicks
Burpees
Back Extensions
Mountain climbers

Just one round

Followed by a steady one hour walk

Well that was dumb.
Back to back higher intensity workouts was more than my body was able to handle and my HRV reflected that.
Spent the next few days just walking in the British countryside. HRV recovered and I did a 30 minute zone 2 slow jog on 13th March.
Starting the drive back to Spain tonight and hope to get back home on Thursday evening.

Been back in Spain since the 16th. Rested up yesterday.

As it's been 3 weeks away from the kettlebells I thought that I should retest.

Going to do a cluster of double kettlebell OHP, Clean and FSq with one 20 and a 16kg bell.

Plan on doing 4 sets just to balance out the offset bells.

Wk 1 Day 2
kb ohp 20kg 16kg 3 x 3 (managed to tweak back so I didn't complete last set)
kb clean 20kg16kg 4 x 5 (completed cleans)
kb squat20kg 16kg 4 x 4 ( did first set and felt back getting worse so ended workout)

light mobility and stretching of lat muscle.
Hopefully OK tomorrow. Presume that unloading the van had stiffened me up.

Still getting twinges from my back so I'm going to avoid upper body work for a while.

1 hour LSS average hr 118bpm
