Bad news, top of my foot feels real bad.
I ran about ten metres and called it off.
Did some strength endurance for 70 mins, ten minutes rowing before and after so 90 mins. Avg 127 bpm
This is a good thing in one way. A wake up. I think I need to prioritise fat loss through diet. Running at just under 90 kg at 5’6” is not ideal. Likely it will clear up but I think I will adjust to less running and more other stuff for a while and then reassess. Still hoping there will be several runs per week, all being well.
Simple diet plan for now.
Breakfast 4 eggs and toast
Post training lunch 3 protein scoops in milk and a banana smoothie
Evening - meat + veg
Aiming for 83 kg.
Going to do operator for next 6 weeks.
