Note: my hand is cleared for some specific work from the physio, and I can do some light rows on rings so it till be good to get some upper back work in. I forgot to ask about swings but I dare say they’d be in the same category as heavy pull work so I’ll leave them out until I see the physio next. Overall pretty happy that things are progressing in the right direction.

Note: the calibration for the work Airbike is very different, it ticks up calories very quickly most of the time but then others not so much, even when hitting the same pace rpm/speed etc. Still got the desired effect though lol.

Note: I felt like there were a couple of unassisted reps in the bank with the notification but I didn’t want to overdo it as I haven’t played with them for a while. I got a mini Nordic bench so there’s less stress through the heels compared to my old DIY one now which is nice. Gotta love technology. Good fun session today. Will have an E day tomorrow.
