Burner set of 200 burpees

Note: Good session to start the day, I like using this as a GPP session, I find keeping up the pace pretty easy, and today ended up overtaking a bit bout then would slow down
as I am trying to keep this session to a moderate intensity. Finished 6-7 reps in front at the end. I’m thinking of making my own variation of these sessions I future. I believe Ross would call it scriptless training. Speaking of which, good win by Katie Taylor today. A lot of good fights on today actually.
