My program finally got a bit harder today and hit that conditioning realm instead of just practice. It was good to see how my form has improved over the weeks, but I am getting keen for a more conventional program. I have improved my hip flexibility however which is great. I will try and get another session of fighter in this week also.

Good little training session today. My pistols have gotten pretty good now. I also shortened the rest periods a bit and almost did this as a heavy circuit. Trying to decide whether to finish the last week or do a retest to change things up a bit. I definitely enjoyed the finisher and need to start adding stuff like this more often again.I can feel it through my core at the moment and it wasn't that hard at the time.

Just an easy recovery day. Getting the bare minimums in for the week. I have 1 more week of the GMB Elements and 1 more week of my current TB fighter program to go.

Still not sure which way I would like to go training wise, but I think it's time to step up the conditioning a bit. I have built some hip mobility with my movement work and reestablished my pistol form. I was also able to give my body a break from bench presses with the ring work. It's been 6 weeks and I am keen for some heavy squats and benches again.

If I had made it to BJJ more this would have been a very successful cycle, but sadly it's been a few weeks.

Great log, I'm picking up a lot of ideas here for my own training.

I am glad you get something out of it. I get pretty lazy in the write up sometimes. It definiteely helps me to reflect on particuular stuff that worked and didnt.
