Yesterday - Rest day

Today
BP - 5x4 @ 76.5 kg
SQ - 5x4 @ 101.5 kg
WCU - 5x4 @ 78.8 kg

After every working set of BP, I did 10 windshield wipers (on the floor, not hanging from the bar). After every working set of WCU, I did 10 reps of some type of ab twist with a band that I saw on Brian Alsruhe's channel. It was a good workout, and I was toasted at the end. We'll see how the Max Strength goes in a couple of days. May have to drop the core work during the MS workout and just get it in later in the day.

Yeah, I love his channel. There's a lot of good information there and he just seems to be a genuinely nice guy. I'd love to workout at his gym. It seems that everyone there is pulling for each other whether you're trying to squat a pair of plates or 4 pairs of plates.

HIC #5. Indoor Power Intervals

So they are written as an indoor option, but I did them outside with a gymboss timer app on my phone. I have workout ADD and have done pretty well sticking to TB variations over the last couple of years, but there's no way that I could stick to just doing a few HIC workouts all of the time. I need the variety. So I just roll through them and even if I come to one that calls for a treadmill I still go outside to do it.

Today
BP - 5x4 @ 76.5 kg
SQ - 5x4 @ 101.5 kg
WCU - 5x4 @ 78.8 kg
KB swings - 100 @ 18kg (40, 35, 25)

This workout felt really good today. I didn't do the core work after upper body working sets as I had been doing due to time. I'll try to get in some core work and agility work later in the day.

I like this - very efficient. T2B is my go-to for abs/core

Fun Run - 1 hour. Every 6 minutes alternate between A/B:
A - 20 squats / 20 push-ups
B - 10 pull-ups / 10 T2B

KB, thanks. I've found it a very effective way to get core work in, and it's also translating to a stronger position at the bottom of the squat.
