Note: went without the HR and just maintained a comfortable talking pace, good start to a long day, it’s still cool in the mornings here which is nice. Spring is slowly working it’s way in.

Note: DL groove nearly back to where it was, moved quicker and better today, also adjusted position for rollouts, filmed it and it is definitely better after receiving some advice. Good sessions.

Note: Apex felt great, started a little further down the hill where it’s just slightly steeper, the local hill is pretty good in that it’s at what like to think of the perfect gradient as to not tax the Achilles too much. Swings felt great, was still able to power through most of the runs. This block has gone well, very well so far considering the amount of work going down range right now. Recovery is great, really enjoying the block overall.
