Planning in starting OP Pro next week. Tomorrow most likely. My deload was about 1.5 weeks. I stayed active for the first half of it doing family activities with kids. Hiking, running and then some. Second half of week turned out to be party time. My friend was visiting area and stayed with me. Got into intimate relationship with single malt whiskey and I didn’t drink for a few years. Binged on pizza and sweets as well.. Well.. You know.. Getting back to training regimen and good food now!
