I modified it a by having DL for one dedicated day only.
Day 1 & 2 - OHP, Front Squat, KB swings and Pullups.
Day 3 - Trap Bar DL, OHP, Seal Rows.

Loving it so far! I have a feeling I can have I/CAT as year round template with some detours!

Copy that - solid cluster. I/CAT is a great approach when you have a fixed or sorta fixed schedule. Looking forward to seeing it unfold for you!
