Force progression on bench and pullup, 2,5 kg. Shaved of 5 kg from the 1 RM on split squats this round, the numbers were to high to combine with all the running I’m planning to do.

Tasted blood in my mouth after last round, coughed until I almost puked and my thighs and glutes were so pumped and full of lactic acid that it was difficult to walk. My running speed needs serious work..

4.6 km run before breakfast. Needed ham for my lunch, so I jogged to a grocery store, bought ham, started the timer and ran back. (2.8 km)
