-Wow. GC8 humbled me. I did half the standard rounds and I was smoked. Someone feels out of shape.

-Something's wrong with my spine. I've got some painful tension when the spine is loaded and I bend to around a 45 degree angle. Squats, deads, snatches. Have a chiro appointment for tomorrow which I expect should fix it. Kind if just feels like it needs popped, but I can't get to it. One thing after another.

-Boxing practice was a blast. Glad to start make martial training a part of my physical training. Next week is ground work.

-When I came to update my log there were 13 logs on top of mine, and I updated yesterday. That's GREAT! This place is getting active.

-Was supposed to be a rest day but I had to make up for missing a HIC earlier this week.

-I haven't done one of these in a month or two. Tough but doable.

-Went to the chiro. Hopefully solved my back issue. I'll know when I lift tomorrow.

-Been doing MobWOD for a couple weeks now, just now starting to log it. I like having a way to stay accountable.

Another missed conditioning day caused by working late. This one was worth it though. Had a mountain lion in town! Once in a lifetime opportunity to get so close to and touch such an incredible creature. Tranqed and transported.
