**I might’ve stoped anytime after 20 min.. Last 10 min were more like drunk monkey dancing.
***It is definitely a must from now on. You can slice it anyway you want from 15 min to 1 hr and play with intensity. Meaning it can fit to either HIC or E. Or even GC. Great tool!
