5 rounds for time of the following, all with 45# ruck - 60 sec wall sit, 10 swings, 20 sumo squats, 10 presses, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 four count flutterkicks, 30 sec six inch hold. Finished in under 35 minutes.
Then rucked 4 icy hilly miles in 1:20 with 45#. Plan was 6 so I'll need to squeeze in 2 more later. 22/225.
EDIT: 2 quick miles on the treadmill with 45# before date night with the wife. Pushed the pace a bit, under 29 minutes. 24/225.

Family was all sick last week. My oldest and I both had a stomach bug of some kind, but we were okay within 24 hours. My youngest and my wife both got the flu. The youngest is better already, but she's still ill. Due to that, we missed out on our 20 mile overnight hike we had planned so we pushed that to early March. Yesterday was the first day I got in miles at all.

Three rounds of rucksack PT followed by 4 miles after each round for a total of 12 miles. 60 push-ups, mountain climbers, and four count flutter kicks. 40 strict presses, squats, and sit ups. 20 man makers, lunges per leg, and plank ups. All with 30# plus water and snacks. Total time 4:20. Raining hard today.
