DL was supposed to be sets of 5 but my chalk was losing the battle with my sweat because of the heatwave we're in.
GHR are improving, I can do the descent controlled so hopefully It'll start showing some carryover

Not gonna lie, I was going to make fun of the idea of a heat wave in Belgium, but I looked it up and the high tomorrow for Brussels is 93 F. That's pretty hot!

I had it in the back of my head that a heatwave over here is a cold day in some other places, but we're not used to it. A hot summers day is maybe 28° but then it'll coold down considarably at night. It's been +30° for a few days and it barely cool down at night so it sucks. BW is sub 90kg. Probably mostly due to losing water weigth but happy with that nevertheless. Mirror isn't showing the difference yet, but the diet isn't over yet

Been watching some Elitefts technique videos (again) and tried to incorporate some of the tips.
DL felt heavy and I think I let the weight get into my head

Weight has been going up and down around 90kg so I'll be lowering calories a bit more

According to the fitnotes app I use the squats were a 5rep PR.
BW was 88.3kg this morning, so down 7kg. And that made the squat about 1.5xBW
The cut/diet is starting to give me some side-effects: I'm grumpier/more short tempered, lower energy, I don't feel as well rested waking up ... Sleep hasn't changed so that's not the cause.
