Note: Felt awesome despite not the best sleep as of late. Kept the 3 minutes uncomfortable but left enough to go hard on the 1 minute. Still had jelly quads after round 3 but recovered well. Really enjoying the conditioning right now. 2 days 1 off is definitely the way to go with work/life at the moment, body is generally feeling great. Good session.

Note: That was a good experience. Pretty happy after benching yesterday, shoulder felt fine. I think I could adjust the pace and get it quicker, not that I’m too fussed with times when it comes to sessions these days as I feel that results are best based or aimed mainly on goals, but I feel that sub 20 would be possible in the future. Am really enjoying the conditioning work this block.
