Well, its a coin toss I guess. Right now I feel that my layoff has pushed me back to beginner level strength. A few years back while doing powerlifting I used GSLP to get back if I had a set back from being sick etc to get back, and it always worked well for me. Other than that, I really love the AMRAPS as well as the GSLP-resets

Did not go with GSLP, instead I went with my old PL-friend who argued that this would suit me better
Up to a top set in the main exercises followed by some volume work. Felt strong today! Need to get my cardio going again!

Back from a herniated disc that more or less had me immobile with horrendous pain. Finally got a time to the Dr. and he said that I most certainly have a herniated disc. Two different X-rays are to be done in the following weeks. Sad, but it is what it is. I´ll do what I can!
Asked about training and he said that I can train the movements that don't hurt. Movement in general should be done as often as possible.
