Operator I/A 2/9. This time I remembered to base the procentages on a 85% training max instead of my max max. I worked up to the following worksets, with some mobility/band work supersetted the work-sets:
Zercher squats 60 kg * 3 sets * 5 reps
Dumbbell bench press 2 * 18 kg * 3 sets * 5 reps
Pull-downs 50 kg * 3 sets * 5 reps
Hookgrip deadlift 90 kg * 1 set * 5 reps

Helped out at a under 12 and under 14 football tournament as head linesman. Ended up moving around 3.9 km in 1h46min. Not hard, but a good active rest day.

Operator 1/A 5/9: A prevoiusly injuried shoulder is starting to tighten up. It's usually the first sign of the injury breaking up again. So I tested my sorta-max of dumbbell military press, so that I can alternate between military presses (for shoulder heath) and bench press (for strength).
Worked up to the following worksets (sorta max for the military press):
Zercher squats 60 kg * 3 sets * 5 reps
Dumbbell military press 2 * 22 kg * 1 rep
Pull-downs 50 kg * 3 sets * 5 reps
Hookgrip deadlift 100 kg * 1 set * 5 reps

Swimming: 27:58, 400 m crawl. Training stopped when max bmp went over Maffentone's 180 formula.
First time tracking my pulse while swimming. Turn out the watch / heart monitor doesn't work under water, so I could only see my rest periods at the shallow end. But did get some learnings (have to figure out to add pictures. The graph show a clear steady increase in max bmp and resting bpm at each rest period).
