No training last week, short family trip. Took a small deload today.

Is was even more sore then yesterday before training, after training almost all of it was gone.

I'm 100% sure I've improved my squat technique by taking away some pointers from the 'train your ass of' series from Elitefts and I'm really happy about that. Things I've implemened or improved: upper back tightness, turning my quads outside and better bracing/breathing into my belt

Not a great training session. Felt like my body didn't want to wake up.

Still cutting, still not liking it. BW was 88.2kg this morning. Not losing weigth at the rate I hoped/planned. I did decide when I'm stopping the cut: at 84.4kg. That would be at about 12% BF.

Been reading alot about nutrition, cutting/bulking and how it relates to training. I've decide to start some bulk/cut cycles in hopes of improving strength by improving muscle mass. I might run a short powerbuilding program in the near future, probably building the monolith.

Reccomended reading: Strongerbyscience website. And for anyone on reddit /r/weightroom is a great subreddit with some good lifters and alot of knowledge

Energy levels were really low. Training fasted + cut is catching up. I'll probably start eating something small before or during training to help with energy

Another trip so no training this weekend. Not happy about being this inconsitent

Started on standard issue hills but hurt something in my left quad during the first sprint so stopped 3/4 in.
Tried stretching the quad a bit and then did 5 short hills at 80% then 2 standard ones at 80%

20 rounds, finished in 34min.
Went over 30 min so more of an E work-out. Next time I'll either set a timer and complete a max amount of rounds or cut the number of rounds I'll do to stay under 30 min.

Strength might have taking some hits but my conditioning seems to improve
