I was convinced I had done 20 rounds the last time it did ME2 and I didn't have a reason to lower the amount of rounds.
Then I saw your log where you did the same amount of rounds and that made me fired up to go for it.

Having just searched my log it turns out that this was actually the first time I did it for 20 rounds

Falling behind on logging.

Thur -
Skipped HIC, felt like I needed it. Esspecially since I'm not using easy weeks because I'm not doing operator anymore.

Fri - Strength
Sq 2/2x125kg
Press 3x5x40kg
WPU +27.5kg 3x5

I sprayed some WD40 on my bar and rack since they were gettign rusty. But now the plates slide of my sleeves when squatting. THe clamps I use aren't strong enough to keep everything in place. That's why I'm only getting 2 reps in.

Sat - Rest

Sun - E
1h15m run. I've added some short steeps sections to my route.

Mon - Strength
One of those sessions to forget about quickly. Not even going to log the sets/reps/weights. The plates keep sliding of my bar's sleeves so I have to cut my squat sets short.

Decided I'm going to stop my cut in 2 weeks wether I hit my goal weight or not. Still 1.5kg to go within 2 weeks so should be doable. I've been daydreaming about pizza ... a lot
