Tuesday 8/13
Recovery day. But I ran 30 minutes on the treadmill then did about an hour of yard work when I got home. Feeling pretty good right now. Also feeling very ready to get back to my regular programming (I'm at the end of week 4 of BB).

Weighed in at 231 today, which would be about a 15 pound drop since the 4th of July. Which was exactly what I wanted, and now ... I feel small and weak.
