Note: shoulder still feels good on the dips, I’ll keep playing with a slower tempo with them just to be sure. Everything else felt pretty good. Not a bad start to the week.

Note: So I thought I would trial this after the TBDL yesterday, though I’m not as tight as what I would be with a straight bar, I did notice a bit of tightness/discomfort in the low back on a few rounds today, nothing serious, but nothing I would want to push through. To bring Apex back regularly I can move the DL session, or perform one working set a week, both options would move the DL to MS session 2,5 and 8. I’ll be semi breaking the two days between lifting rule for OP IA this weekend which will see session 5 moved to next Friday, I’m leaning towards the one working set for the DL and having FSQ, WD and WPU prior.
Still fun to hit the hill this evening.

Forced rest day
Note: came down with a head cold, rocked me pretty hard yesterday. Still off today but so think it should be manageable by tomorrow. I did notice feeling off on Wednesday and Thursday last week, fatigue on Wednesday a bit and my breathing on Thursday. Anyway, loading up on all the berries etc now.

Note: breathing wasn’t too bad, still had a bit of the cold left, but managed ok. Followed the rules for speed with boo2 so I kept the pace a bit off of full speed then hit the last one minute after the 10 burpees at max speed. Conditioning is definitely getting back to where it was. Good session.
