I’ll go for OP I/A this block. They only have 4 BJJ trainings a week, from 18-20. Mondays are the only days I can go every week, the other weeks I’ll have to switch around a bit because of my work schedule. Some weeks I can roll 2 times, maybe 3 the next and so on. The flexibility of OP I/A makes it a good fit, but my running may hurt a bit..

2 hours. Not a good training. Moved slowly, had stomach ache, my neck was stiff, and all the movements we did today, bridging etc, isn’t something my stiff hips lets me do easily

There is a BJJ seminar here this weekend with a several times european champion blackbelt. I’m going to let my arma rest, so I can attend this saturday. And I will use the time until then reading up TB for BJJ, write down a minimalistic training plan/cluster and stick with it, so I don’t overdo it again..

Fighter with a minimalist cluster is your friend for bjj.

Eg 1: Bench + Trapbar Deadlift (alt with WPU); 2 days a week. Do a bw squat/lunge finisher just to get in the movement pattern for squat/lunge and you are golden.

Or

Eg 2: OHP + Zercher Squat. Alternate between pullups and KB Swings as session finishers. 2 days a week.

Remember you are an athlete training to get generally stronger for your sport, so don’t get hung up on a particular barbell movement.
